Shockingly atrocious!

I would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely awful service!! She’s blocked me on Facebook and what’s app after I complained. All the seams are coming undone, she’s sewn a label in the “bottom area” of the dress after the final fitting, it’s been sewn in the middle of the material and looks appalling. All the stitching is twisted and uneven! There’s plucks in the material, threads hanging here, there and everywhere! I took the dresses to a professional seamstress to fix (who is know working through Xmas), and the new seamstress was shocked at how poor the dresses were and how many errors and things needed fixing! I feel so let down! 5 days to my wedding and I’m having to get my bridesmaid’s dresses completely unpicked and sewn back together right. Roxanne said she’s closed over Xmas and then blocked me. I wouldn’t go here! I would warn everyone to stay clear! She’s rude and her professionalism is substandard and her ability is poor.
